Project Description
The York County Community Health Services network is comprised of the main health center
site, which is located in the York County Community Action Program facility and
three satellite centers, which are located in public housing facilities: two
senior housing developments and one family housing development. The main health
center site serves a community with many Section 8 units.
Services
Primary health and preventive care, dental services, mental health services,
case management, and health education on a range of issues including women's
health, cardiovascular disease, hypertension and HIV/AIDS.
